Healing Journal Writing Workshop
Journaling is a method of expressing and releasing thoughts and feelings. It can be a powerful tool for healing. Just as talking to someone about feelings, experiences, and emotions, journaling can also allow for the release of these thoughts and allow you to emotionally process what you’ve been dealing with.
While losing a loved one is always hard, and dealing with the effects of trauma. You experience uniquely complicated emotions and challenges. Our clinically trained specialists are available for individuals.
We will discuss cleansing, recharging, and reentering to reinvent your new perception of self-love. We will learn new ways of eating right, and tools that we can use in our daily lives.
